Terms & Conditions

  • For a seamless experience and to stay informed, please register your credentials with us. As a registered customer, you will receive tracking updates via email and be notified about our various schemes and promotions, ensuring you stay up-to-date and make the most of our services.
  • As a registered customer, enjoy enhanced delivery accuracy, timely doorstep delivery, and stay informed with regular email updates and daily Quality of Service Reports (QSR) for complete transparency on all your shipments.
  • At the time of booking, please provide a detailed and accurate description of the shipment’s contents to the counter staff, and verify that the information is correctly reflected on the booking slip/Consignment Note.
  • When booking, provide complete and accurate consignee/receiver details: full name, CNIC number, contact number, email, and delivery address. Ensure accuracy on the booking slip and ideally have an adult receive the shipment to facilitate smooth delivery.
  • Please accurately declare the value of your shipment. Shipments worth up to PKR 100,000 can be transported without insurance, but at the shipper’s own risk. However, shipments exceeding PKR 100,000 in value require mandatory insurance coverage. Additionally, we do not transport high-value or expensive items such as Gold, Silver, Platinum, and other expensive stones as part of our standard policy.
  • We do not transport any prohibited items, such as Arms & Ammunition and any kind of explosives.
  • Mandatory pre-booking inspection ensures regulatory compliance and safe transport by verifying two key factors: proper packaging and accurate contents declaration.
  • Y&H Logistics may offer packing materials at cost. Cooperation is appreciated, but does not guarantee shipment safety.
  • To ensure safe transportation, shipments must be in original packaging or properly packed. We do not accept fragile, breakable, or delicate items, including glassware, ceramics, artwork, and special handling items, due to risk of damage during transit.
  • The transportation of prohibited items, including but not limited to cash, jewelry, chemicals, liquids, narcotics, weapons, and inflammable or explosive materials, is strictly prohibited as per the law of the land. Only legally permitted and socially acceptable items can be booked for transportation, ensuring a safe and compliant shipping experience.
  • Shippers who conceal or misrepresent required information will be liable for resulting losses, damages, or legal action from enforcement agencies, and will bear sole responsibility for such consequences.
  • Taxes will be applied as per law, and a sales tax invoice will be provided if requested.
  • In the event of any issue, damage, or loss, the shipper must lodge a complaint at the origin. The consignee/receiver should contact the shipper directly to resolve any discrepancies. No claims will be accepted at the destination.
  • Y&H Logistics is committed to providing timely and safe transportation, but we regret that we cannot be held liable for any losses or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure, law and order situations, natural disasters (such as rain and flood), breakdowns, accidents, and space constraints. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
  • Y&H Logistics liability for loss or damage of un-insured shipments is limited to a refund of the booking amount only. Please be advised that we do not accept claims for shipments with free of charge (FOC) or To Pay shipments.
  • Y&H Logistics liability for uninsured shipments is limited to a refund of the booking amount, excluding claims for Free of Charge (FOC) and To Pay shipments, as well as consequential and indirect losses.
  • Shippers are responsible for insuring valuable items, machinery, and goods. They must comply with insurance company requirements, providing necessary documents and information. Y&H Logistics disclaims liability for insured items and does not guarantee payment of claims, which are solely between the shipper and the insurance company.
  • To ensure seamless transportation of imported shipments, customers must complete all required formalities and provide necessary documents, including Goods Declaration, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Undertaking, and Sales Tax Invoice, at the time of booking.
  • To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide valid identification documents, including CNIC, Delivery Code, Driving License, Passport, and Authority Letter (if applicable), to our delivery staff at the time of receiving your shipment.
  • To prevent damage to other shipments and maintain warehouse integrity, perishable goods uncollected for over 30 hours will be disposed of according to company policy, with no claims accepted for food items.
  • Due to space constraints, uncollected shipments will be stored for a maximum of 10 days. After this period, they will be disposed of through a structured procedure, and no claims will be entertained.
  • For shipments where volume exceeds weight, charges will be calculated using the volumetric weight formula (length x width x height in cm / 5000), as per international standards, to reflect the true space occupied.
  • In Greetings, the actual products may vary from pamphlet images. If a booked product is unavailable, a similar alternative will be delivered. All orders are final and non-cancellable once placed. In cases where delivery is not possible due to item unavailability or non-service areas, refunds will be processed in a timely manner.
